  • 7. Product Returns: Fridaymusic.com will replace any defective CD or product with the same product title only. For instance, if we shipped you a CD and it was broke or destroyed, do not unwrap the cellophane wrap around the disc, simply return it to us in Fourth Class Rate Mail in our original mailer, and we will exchange the broken cd for the same title, and refund your Forth Class Rate Mail expense. If we shipped you the wrong item, do not open the CD Simply return to us in Fourth Class Rate Mail, and we will exchange it for the correct item, and refund your Fourth Class Rate Mail expense. Fridaymusic.com has the right to determine if the CD, dvd, or whatever product returned is indeed defective.
  • 8. Pricing and shipping rates: Although we will always strive to bring the finest products at competitive prices, we reserve the right to modify our prices and shipping rates at any time without further notice. We may use any of type of shipping service available to get our products to our customers.
